fantastic hotel experience
breakfast buffet friendly staff clean room
the morning breakfast was amazing!!! the food was much better than i expected. it was a buffet type setting with many options. the staff were all friendly and kind. the rooms were very clean and i forgot to lock my safe one day and nothing was disturbed.

the hotel has a gym with solid equipment and massage services at favorable prices. a well-kept pool has a bar, with a pleasant space to relax. the breakfast buffet is quite complete.

the staff is friendly and always ready to help. cyril, our server, remembered what we liked to drink in the morning and was very attentive. raymond, at the front desk, accommodated our request, granting an early check-in.

great stay, minor hiccups
spacious room water dispenser
check in was smooth with assistance from sir jm. i found the room spacious plus clean. i learned the beds were merged as one but the staff quickly separated them and fixed the quilt per size. water dispensers were available in hallways, very convenient.
i wasn't a fan of the fact there wasn't any a/c in the lift. also, my room was right around the back which meant a five minute walk from the lifts. it was inconvenient after long days.

the front desk provided efficient service. the security guards always met you with a smile. staff addressed requests quickly plus politely, showing genuine willingness to help and ensure guests had comfort during stay.

the hotel is near station. you can get to d'mall including the beach within a ten minute walk. the area surrounds the pool. restaurant is generally quiet, but is close to other facilities.

the breakfast buffet offered nice choices. lagoon cafe staff were accommodating. the pool bar provides pizza and sandwiches and portions were generous, so sharing a dish can be enough for two people.

Average Stay with Some Issues
undercooked eggs broken net
The breakfast service was inconsistent. The eggs were often undercooked despite my requests. I also found the staff at the pool bar inattentive. They were more focused on watching sports on television than serving guests. Finally, the mosquito net on the window had a significant hole, and mosquitoes were a constant nuisance. I reported these issues to the manager, but no action was taken.
